Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under these conditions:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting may take time.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at contact.gergreenprint@gmail.com and send the item to:

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the item is received.
  • If the gift was not marked as such or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
